How to Apply
Start clean & dry
Ensure your nipple area is dry and free from moisturizers, powders, oils or perfumes that can reduce the effect of the adhesive. Remove the protective film from the cover and turn the cover inside out. Save the protective film for storage after use.
Apply + secure
Center the cover over the middle of your nipple and smooth down the cover over your skin. Firmly press down on all edges for a secure fit.
Remove + care
To remove, gently peel off. Rinse the cups with mild soap and water, and hang to air dry. Once dry, reapply the protective film to protect the adhesive and store out of direct sunlight.

Weird Pointy Shape for Small Boobs
"The 3 inch nipple covers are too curved and give a weird pointy shape to my boobs. I have smaller boobs but am plus size (~B cup). I exclusively wear bralettes, but wanted nipple covers for work for when wearing a tighter shirt as bralettes do not always provides the best coverage for nipples. They are comfortable and sticky, but they are very obvious under tight fighting clothing due to the unnatural weird pointy shape to boobs unsupported by a bra. Maybe the 4 inch is better, but I haven’t tried them. I was hoping for an alternative to the “cakes” nipple covers on TikTok. Will be returning mine."

3 inch or 4 inch?
Check the size chart on the product page. As a general guide, AA to B cups usually prefer the 3 inch and C and above the 4 inch. That said, we have plenty of fuller Bs who prefer the 4 inch. It sits more like a breast cover than a nipple cover and gives lovely round shaping. The 4 inch works on any bust, so if you’re between sizes or you want more coverage, size up.
Are they visible under a thin white top?
They’re ultra thin with precision-tapered edges designed to disappear into the skin. Match the shade to your skin tone and they’ll do their job.
I threw the plastic backing away.
It happens constantly. Use a clean ziplock bag, or a clean plastic grocery bag cut to size.
Can I wear them while breastfeeding?
