How to Apply
Start clean & dry
Apply on clean, dry skin. No oils or moisturizers. If you have oily skin, use some astringent on the area before application.
Dress first
Put your garment on that you’re styling and fasten any straps or ties so it is sitting as tightly as you intend to wear it.
Stick to your top
Take your Double Up insert and stick to the inside of your clothing first, not your breast.
Scoop + press
Scoop the breasts into place on the insert creating the desired cleavage and then press firmly onto your skin to secure in place. Repeat on the other side.
Check + secure
Using a mirror, make sure both sides are placed evenly and adjust where necessary. Press firmly for a few seconds to secure the adhesive.
Inserts, not bras
The Double Ups are inserts, not bras — they must be worn inside a fitted, structured top or dress they can push off from. For a flowy or loose top, choose one of our adhesive bras instead.

"I have a strapless dress that I wanted to use this for but it seems like they just don’t work for me. I followed the instructions diligently, placing the pads on the clothing first and lifting/pressing firmly into place. It just felt like it was “lightly sticking” under my boob rather than fully supporting and staying in place. The tutorials on the website were pretty limited… it just seemed like promotional videos sharing the results instead of actual “How To” videos. For $40 worth, I wouldn’t recommend for women with smaller breasts."

The questions we get the most
Do these stick on by themselves like an adhesive bra?
No, and this is the single most important thing to know about them. They're inserts. The pad is concave and it has to be worn inside a fitted, structured top or dress that it can push off from.
How padded is it?
Fully padded, adding up to two cup sizes. The demi shape is cut lower so it sits under a low neckline without peeking out.
What size am I?
Always check the size chart on the product page, because your band matters as well as your cup. As an example, a 34C is a B/C, a 34D is also a B/C, and a 38D moves to C/D.
Why are the sizes A/B and B/C instead of single letters?
Refer to the size chart on the product page. The product can be inserted in different ways and it sometimes comes down to personal preference too, but we recommend following our size chart.
Can I wear them with a strapless dress?
Yes, provided the dress is structured enough to hold them against you. That's the whole mechanism.
Mine arrived much darker than I expected.
They have adhesive on both sides, and adhesive makes fabric read darker, the same way fabric looks darker when it's wet. Always go one shade lighter than you'd normally choose.
How long do they last?
A dozen wears to start with, and with proper care a good deal more. It depends on your skin type, and oilier skin tends to get fewer wears. Most customers get a couple of months out of a pair. Rinse after each wear, clean the adhesive gently, air dry, and always put the plastic backing back on.
Can I trim them?
No. Only the tape products can be trimmed. The adhesive bras and Double Up inserts cannot.
