Does it hurt to take off?

Not if you take it off properly. Saturate it with oil or with Boob Savior, wait a minute, and the edges lift on their own. Never pull it off dry. Both the Game Changer and Shape Tape use a strong medical-grade acrylic adhesive, so neither is suitable for sensitive skin or an adhesive allergy.

How long will it hold?
