Start clean & dry
No lotion, oil, moisturizer or perfume. The adhesive bonds on bare dry skin. Protect your nips, wear nipple covers first.
Pick your strips
Pick your pre-cut strips (4 x 12in and 6 x 6in) depending on the style of taping you are doing and the size of your bust. The tape will not stick a second time and can not be repositioned. Practice Placement first.
Remove backing & apply
Remove the backing paper from the Shape Tape and hold your breast in the desired position. Firmly smooth the tape on, rubbing and pressing down firmly. Do NOT move the Shape Tape once it's touched your skin, the adhesive will not stick a second time.
Endless customization
Remove
Always remove with oil. Saturate the fabric with the Boob Saviour Remover (or baby oil), wait 5 minutes, then gently peel off. Never rip off.
Honest about the hold
A medical-grade hold deserves a perfect routine, so patch test first — this range is not made for sensitive or reactive skin. Remember to always remove with oil.

How many times can I use the Weekender strips?
Each strip is one-time single use. Includes 4 x 12in strips and 6 x 6in strips (3in wide tape).
Does it work on larger breast sizes?
Yes! We created these specifically with larger and heavy breasts in mind. The shape tape can be customized to suit any style outfit and sized breasts. The advanced adhesive can support heavy breasts and is sweatproof so you don't have to worry about embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions or the tape falling off halfway through the night.
Will these fall off when sweating?
Shape Tape is guaranteed sweat proof. We are using technology invented for athletes designed specifically for your boobs. It will NOT come off with sweat due to the breathable hemp fabric fibers and unique adhesive application technology that allows sweat and air to evaporate. The adhesive is heat activated and fully bonds to the skin after 20-30 minutes and continues to adhere stronger due to body heat and warm outdoor temperatures.
How long can you wear them?
Shape Tape will stay on until you take it off. As a safety precaution we recommend first time users wear the tape for 2-3 hours at a time to see how your skin reacts and gradually build up with time. Remember to ALWAYS remove with oil, we like baby oil.
Is the Shape Tape waterproof? Can I swim with it?
You need to be dry when applying the tape so that the adhesive can adhere to the skin. After applying the tape wait 30 minutes for the adhesive to fully bond with your skin. Once fully adhered you can go swimming and get wet!
The Shape Tape isn't sticking to my skin
When applied correctly, we guarantee Shape Tape will adhere. 1. DO NOT attempt to restick or reposition. If you apply Shape Tape to the skin and then unpeel it to change the position it will not stick a second time. You will need to use a fresh one. 2. Skin must be CLEAN & DRY. Even if the area is clean, if you have oily skin, we recommend stripping the area of any oils with an astringent or our Skin Prep. Avoid applying right out of the shower and make sure your skin is not damp and fully dry. 3. Activate & Trim. The tape is heat-activated and rubbing it down into the skin will help it adhere. Trim at the end to fit any outfit. Do not overstretch the tape (more than 1-2 inches).
